A little about us

Old Magnolia Farm was started by Randy Sullivan in 2019 after years of searching for the right land to lay down roots and raise his kids. It all started as a dream to grow food with sustainable and organic practices and live with the land. Along the way he spent time learning from local organic farming pioneers Jack and Becky Gurley of Calvert’s Gift farm through the Future Harvest CASA Beginner Farmer Training Program in 2014 and gardening large gardens in preparation for the day he’d finally find that special piece of land. In 2020 Travis Neville joined the farm adding his passion for peppers and growing vegetables. Travis has worked with farmers in the central Maryland region supporting organic CSA and continues a proud tradition from his grandfather who operated a farm and ranch in Florida. Both Randy and Travis have been growing fruits and vegetables for years, have a passion for working the land, and love to put their hands in the dirt.

We believe in sustainable and organic food. It’s simply good food and great quality.
